The Most Inclusive HR Influencer List – May 2020 #HRforAll

HCM Influencer lists should not all look the same. They need diversity and fresh faces. Last October, we first published The Most Inclusive HR Influencer List™. The List featured just over 150 HR leaders, consultants, technologists, marketers, analysts, and more in an effort to diversify the HR Influencer community.

Over the last 6 months, lots has changed. People have retired, changed jobs, and so much more. That’s why we’re thrilled launch May’s 2020 List, adding 30 more HR Influencers to know, follow, and share.

To all the top HR Influencers named to The List, CONGRATULATIONS!

Due to requests for gear, here’s where to get your merch.

Nominate New HCM Influencers and Micro Influencers

The List is a nominations-based list designed to be one “of the people, for the people, by the people.” Such, everyone on the list was nominated by either a peer or themselves. No matter who you are, thank you to everyone who submitted nominations. You help us find and share new voices. If you know someone who should be on The List but isn’t, please nominate them here.

Join the #HRforAll Twitter Chat

Finally, over the last few months, I partnered with my new friend Cory Kapner to launch a new HR Twitter Chat #HRforAll. In April, we discussed ways we can work together to come back from the Coronavirus. In May, we talked about navigating mental, team, and organizational health during a crisis. In June, we’ll talk about influence and how to influence folks in and out of the office. More details coming soon!

We’re looking forward to continuing to support the community with The Most Inclusive HR Influencer List and through helping organizations partner with these great HR leaders to uplift the profession and improve work for all. If you have any questions about the list, how to use it, or you want to be connected to an HR Influencer/Vendor, contact me.
