Nominations for The Most Inclusive HR Influencer List® 2026 are officially OPEN!

What started as a mission to diversify voices of influence in HR and work tech has officially grown into a recognized, global award. Today, this crowdsourced, nominations-based award features over 250 HR, Talent Acquisition, and Diversity leaders, analysts, technologists, and more.

We are calling on our community to nominate the practitioners, emerging leaders, and innovators who are shaping the future of work.

How to get involved:

1. Submit your nomination before October 2nd.
2. Share the award and nomination form with your HR friends.
3. Ask about sponsorships to keep this community and recognition going.

Who qualifies? 

1. A minimum of 1,500 followers on a single platform
2. Discuss HR topics
3. Be kind
4. Is a current HR Influencer
5. Be nominated

Important notes: 

1. We are only having one nomination form this year.
2. Please, please submit nominations for YOURSELF and others.
3. All nominations are completely free.
4. All award winners must meet the criteria outlined above.
5. Nominations are due October 2, 2026.
