As 2019 comes to a close and we move forward into the next year and decade, what’s top of mind for me is all the people who made 2019 and the past decade incredible.
One of the highlights of my year was creating The Most Inclusive HR Influencer List. Why? Because it gave me a space to give back to the HR community that has helped me learn and grow, offered me friendship and advice, and gave me a space to translate my passion for people into better workplaces for all.
