These past two years have put the microscope on HR and People leaders. The inability to respond effectively has negatively impacted some. But others have taken the opportunity to elevate themselves, employees, and the entire profession. Too often, those that are in the weeds, taking care of their people and the business every single day aren’t the ones showing up on influencer lists or industry stages.

We are changing that.

The Most Inclusive HR Influencer List™ has been featuring hundreds of incredibly talented, supportive, and inclusive HR influencers and People leaders since 2019. It’s been acting as a resource for vendors, influencers, and even new HR professionals to see who in the industry is really making a positive impact.

All the influencers on The Most Inclusive HR Influencer List are nominated by their peers or themselves. Nominations are completely free and there will never be a charge to submit a nomination or win this award.

There are TWO nomination forms — one for self nominations and a second for peer nominations. Both nomination forms are considered equally. The only difference is the self-nomination form asks demographics questions to help us better understand the diversity of The List. Demographics questions are removed from the peer nomination form as we want to discourage the labeling or assumptions of others.

The deadline for eligibility is July 27, 2021 and the award will launch in August.

• Who is eligible for The Most Inclusive HR Influencer List? 

HR leaders are eligible for this award if they:

1. Have a minimum of 1,500 followers on a single platform
2. Discuss HR topics in a way that supports others in the industry
3. Lead with kindness toward others in the HR community
4. Are currently in HR Influencer or are a current HR Influencer
5. Are nominated

• What happens if I miss the deadline?

If you miss the deadline, please don’t worry! The Most Inclusive HR Influencer List is updated 2x per year and all nominations roll over to the next update.

• Do I have to submit a new nomination for each award?

No! All nominations and award winners roll over to the next award, UNLESS:

1. A person no longer needs the criteria for inclusion. In this case, they will be removed from The List or from considering from being included on future lists.
2. You have changed contact information. If you have changed jobs, companies, emails, social profiles, please submit a new form so we can update your info. If you have lost your job, no explanation is required and you will NOT lose your place on the list. We will leverage your desired job title to help you in your search!

No, there is never a charge to submit or win this award. Thanks to our sponsors, this is completely free.
